Made accordingly to traditional Italian recipe. We have selected best free range pork belly with the skin. Then we have cured it in pure salt and brined in red wine. To finish we coated the whole piece in Pepper or Chilli and aged in the precise controlled temperature and humidity. 
As a result we have created a Pancetta full of flavour and silky smooth texture. Perfect for all your Italian dishes!

Red Wine - Pialligo Merlot
Coat of White Pepper or Chilli
