Rich and superb in flavour, our Pialligo Estate Smoked Duck is cured  for 2 days then smoked and cooked for your enjoyment. Our Smoked Duck Breast will be a delight to your table. Enjoy individually or to complement a special dish.

Our Smoked Duck can be served hot or cold. To perfectly cook the Smoked Duck, sear on a medium heat over the stove rendering the fat. Once golden brown, flip the piece onto its other side. Best served medium rare.
